Enclosed please find my Form I-129F, Petition for K-1 Fiancée Visa for Jane D and supporting documents. Her two children, Todd and James will be accompanying her via K-2 Visa. Contents include:

- Payment in the amount of $170.

- I-129F \

- I-129F Supplement (Attachment A)

- Certificate of Divorce for beneficiary's previous marriage (Attachment B)

- Proof of having met in person in the past two years (Attachment C)

- Proof of ongoing relationship (Attachment D)

- G-325A and passport style photo (Petitioner)

- G-325A and passport style photo (Beneficiary)

- Birth certificate (Petitioner)

- Letter certifying intent to marry (Petitioner and Beneficiary)

Copies of documents submitted are exact photocopies and/or unaltered scanned images of original documents, and I understand that I may be required to submit original documents to an Immigration or Consular officer at a later date.

1/9/08 - Email 1: Travel documents (I 131) were approved and mailed on January 5, 2008. Email 2: I765 , APPLICATION FOR EMPLOYMENT AUTHORIZATION, Card production ordered on January 9, 2008

1/14/08 - Empoyment Card and Travel documents arrived in the mail.

5/6/08 - Interview in SF - APPROVED

2/24/10 - File I-751

4/1/10 - Biometrics Appointment

5/31/11 - Appled for Citizenship

I would also shorten up the name after To: IMO, just pick one. It will look better, and, after all, it's just a cover letter not where you're sending it, ya know? :) M.

I sent a certified copy of my Birth Certificate and stated that on the cover letter. That way they wouldn't look for the entire passport copy.

2-2-07 Sent I-129F to NSC

2-6-07 NSC received USPS mail, NSC then to CSC

2-15-07 NOA1 -file received

2-16-07 check cashed

2-23-07 touched

5-4-07 NOA2 approval -email

5-13-07 sent cancellation request letter

6-7-07 we're going to retry with a K-3

8-6-07 married in Thailand (dual language, dual representation prenuptial)

8-7-07 sent K3 from Bangkok

9-10-07 I-130 NOA1, (received at CSC 8-9-07)

10-9-07 sent I-129F to CSC

11-1-07 touched I-130

requested consular processing I-130 (http://www.uscis.gov/files/pressrelease/PN_i-129f.pdf)

9-13-07 I-129F for Spouse arrived CSC via USPS return rcpt. requested

4-1-08 NOA2 for K3 (I-134 supposed to be processed but processed I-129F instead)

7-11-08 interview Bangkok, passed.

7-16-08 POE arrival, 2 hours in Seattle Customs.

AOS I-486 sent 4-4-09

AOS NOA1 4-13-09 for all; I-485, I-131, I765

RFE 4-27-09 Thai official document in lieu of original Birth Certificate not sufficient???

Infopass appointment 5-26-09 at USCIS. Officer thought our doc was valid and doesn't know why the RFE.

Social Security card 8-4-09

10 year green card expires 9-17-19, Permanent Resident Card.

Wow you notarized everything? We just had our Letter of intent Notarized and really didn't need to. I think you don't have to have all your photocopies notarized since they can just request all your originals at the interview. Just make sure you send all originals to your fiance for the interview. Your BC or passport shouldn't be sent of course.

10/--/07 - Found out we sent the papers to wrong office. We've called several times to get this clarified but all got is that we need to WAIT for our papers to be forwarded or returned to us.
