I-130 / I-130A Question

Good Morning, 

 

I was wondering if anyone knows where I can obtianed the form 1-130 and 1-130a where you can actullay type your answers in the blanks. I have the PDF version however im not able to type in my answers.

10-19-2017: Chicago Lockbox received package

10-24-2017: Received email case was accepted / Routed to Texas Service Center / SRC # provided 

10-28-2017 Received I-797C, NOA1 via mail - Receipt date 10-20-17

04-19-2018: Received I-797, NOA2 vía mail. Petition was approved - Notice Date 04-13-2018

05-03-2018: Received text & email petition is being sent to NVC for processing.

05-10-2018: NVC received package from USCIS

07-11-2018: Received Case & Invoice # via phone w/ NVC Rep. Pending email  / Completed DS-261 online

07-13-2018: Received (Ben -PAOSF & Pet - ACL) NVC Welcome letter  w/ case & invoice number via email / Paid AOS fee online

07-17-2018: CEAC website indicates AOS "PAID"

07-19-2018: Received IV Bill / Unable to pay website under maintenance

07-24-2018: Mailed AOS / IV package via USPS Priority Express

07-25-2018: NVC received AOS / IV package 

07-31-2018: FINALLY!! Website back up / Paid IV fee

08-02-2018: Completed DS-260 online 

08-10-2018: Received Email NVC checklist 

08-11-2018: Corrected error on I-864EZ / Resent I-864EZ via USPS Priority Express

08-13-2018: NVC received corrected I-864EZ package

08-23-2018: Received Email NVC checklist 2nd time / Resent I-864EZ  via USPS Priority Express

08-24-2018: NVC received corrected I-864EZ package

09-08-2018: Resend DUPLICATE I-864-EZ package. NVC misplaced package 

09-11-2018: NVC received DUPLICATE I-864EZ 

09-19-2018: Case Complete: At NVC status (Confirmed w/Rep and Checked online)

My Journey

Priority Date: July 24, 2007 (EAC)

AOS fee paid: February 2013

Request embassy change: May 2013

Son born: September 2013 (added to petition March 2014)

Interview: March 17, 2015 (Joint sponsor needed)

Joint sponsor documents submitted: April 27, 2015

Visas approved and issued: April 30, 2015. Had to return to embassy to do oath for son :)

Visa in hand: May 5, 2015 (two working days after issued)

IV fees paid: August 10, 2015

POE: JFK - September 10, 2015 (one day before visa expiry date - No hassle)

Returned to Barbados: September 28, 2015

Green cards: October 5, 2015 :dancing:

Entered US permanently: March 22, 2016

Applied for SSNs: March 28, 2016 (didn't tick box on DS-260)

SSN received: April 4, 2016;

Learner's permit: April 7, 2016 (in NY you also have to do 5-hour class);

Driver's License: July 13, 2016 (on first try) :dancing:

Husband's Journey (F2A)

Married: September 2015

I-130 sent: October 8, 2015 (via USPS)

Priority date: October 9, 2015 (WAC)

Petition approved: March 8, 2016 (5 months to the date of receipt) :)

NVC Welcome Letter: May 13, 2016
AOS documents sent: August 8, 2016
Case complete: September 14, 2016 (the waiting continues

Interview:  October 5, 2017 (Approved - Issued following day :))

Visa in hand:  October 12, 2017

POE:  October 13, 2017

Yes, at USCIS but also download the latest ADOBE version at:

https://get.adobe.com/es/reader/

 

That would help you in the usage and filing of the I130...

 

Aditional advises...

Those fields that do not apply to you, type N/A instead of other things NEVER LEAVE IT IN BLANK!

There are going to be many field that the info typed may not fit...IN BLACK INK, type it at the additional information fields located at the last page.Make sure also that are accordingly placed!

Tuesday, March 13 2018 (Day 201) : USCIS issues RFE to our case . (Case opended at least) .:dance: 

Saturday, March 17 2018 (Day 205) : USCIS RFE  arrived via post mail.

Monday, March 19 2018 (Day 207) : USCIS RFE ´s answer was sent via post mail to NSC .

Thursday, March 22 2018 (Day 210) : Online Case Status changed to RFE´s answer was received .

Monday, April 2 2018 (Day 221) : ¡Approved! Online Case Status now shows Case was sent to Department of State.:dance::dancing:

 

(NVC Stage) :

Wednesday, April 4 2018 (Day 223) : Case Received.

Tuesday, June 5 2018 (Day 285): Case Number assigned, welcome letter received,invoice number received, DS261 filed.

Thursday, June 7 2018 (Day 287): AOS fee paid, waiting IV package fee to be unlocked to pay it.   

Thursday, June 14 2018 (Day 294): DS-261 checked and received letter, IV package fee now unlocked. 

Friday, June 15 2018 (Day 295) : IV fee paid, waiting DS-260 to be unlocked to fill it online. 

Monday, June 18 2018 (Day 298) : Full Package sent to NVC via post mail
