Co-Sponsor Required Documents?

Good afternoon everyone...

 

Well, talking to my wife, my brother in law is going to be our a co-sponsor at the NVC Stage...

So in order to be proactive instead of reactive, and knowing that is going to be the way that we are going to use...

My questions are, what civil documents do we need to get?

What financial documents we need? (My wife worked untill middle August this year)!!!

What other things do we need to have about that part of the co-sponsor etc...?

You're going to have a "joint sponsor" and perhaps a family member (if the joint sponsor is married).  Become an A student of the I-864 instructions.  Then come back and ask remaining questions.

And were I can find instructions about that, for starting reading it and begin to learn it?

In the exact same place you find and download the I-864.  It's really the US Citizen Petitioner that needs to follow the advice I gave.

Well looking for that but about the civil required documents I´m more in a hurry because I need to send it to U.S...

Any quick help with this?

The answer depends on your specific circumstances.  Study the instructions, as you'll only want to send one package if at all.  However, I think you'll find you'll be carrying the originals to your interview, so won't need to send an actual package.  STUDY the instructions.

Thanks, Thanks, so ONLY I CARRY ON THE ORIGINAL ONES TO THE INTERVIEW...

In that case I, for example can do a high quality scan, send it to my wife and she print it and send to NVC at the required moment? Can be?

The answer can be Consulate Specific.  Read the NVC instructions for your Consulate.

You are asking to be spoon fed instead of doing the work for yourself.  That's not how VJ works.  You're asking questions that are specific to your case, not general.  YOU or your petitioner need to do the research.
