Hello , my father is a permanent resident of the USA and i am currently living in bangladesh with my husband and 2 sons. My father applied for us in 2011 , August 15. In 2015 may our case was approved and we were provided with a DHK number. It would be of great help to know how long it is going to take for our case to be complete as i am unsure and confused if to take any other future steps.

Are you sure he is permanent resident (since they can't apply for married adult children) ? If it is F3 case, current priority date is 2005, so you're more or less 6 years away...

If he is a permanent resident he could not apply for you in 2011 unless you were unmarried then.  If you have gotten married since and he is still a permanent resident your petition is voided.  As a permanent resident cannot apply for married children, this is mentioned on the I130 instructions under 'Notes' section on page 1 point 2 see link below.

Hi! An F3 (PD 1994) here fm the Phil, reinstated for humanitarian consideration. My case is now with NVC, done with AOS and D261, awaiting notice for payment of IV application but it's been a month now. Thought it'll only take 2 to 3 weeks for us to make the next step? And also, my 2 children who are now 28 and 25 yrs old, can they still travel with me since my case was reinstated? Pls advise and thanks.

Give them a call regarding your IV payment to remind them of your application. I think for your kids, you have to email them your children's birth certificate with cenomar, I'm just not so sure about this. However there's a separate thread you can read regarding CSPA which may help your case. But I highly suggest calling NVC about all of your concerns because that's when they address to it instantly.
