After a stressful week thinking the worst, we received the RFE letter stating all they need is new passport photos as ours were too small.

My advice to those who receive an RFE update is not to panic until you have seen the letter, it could be something SO SIMPLE!

My question is, along with the letter sent from immigration and the new passport photos with our names on the back, is there anything else that needs to go into this envelope?

Do we need to sign anything for example?

Also, as the NOA2 stage should be getting close when we send this off, I wanted to ask how he can prove his domicile in the US (he has not lived there for a long period of time but now wants to return with me)

Would emails to estate agents, potential employers, wedding officiants, his social security number be enough to show he intends to stay in the USA?

As he does not have a job/house/Income from the states and hasnt for a long time, we need to prove his intent to stay rather than his domicle, has anybody else done this?

Thank you for any help! I really appreciate it

RFE comes with a blue letter. Include that on the top of your reply. Other than that, nothing else is needed except your compliance.

HOWEVER, if you feel that you could have improved something else, this is your chance to fix that. For example, if you wanted to provide more evidence of having met in the past 2 years, you could submit that now.

If you submit more than one type of info, it's a good idea to include a table of contents (under the blue letter).

As for your domicile question, that's a tough one. In MOST cases you have to prove that you are currently residing in the US. This can be done with a state driver's license, rental agreement, insurance documentation, employment letter, and sometimes even a bank account letter that shows your address. I have not personally seen anyone use the proof you suggested.

Are you being asked to prove US domicile? That's not usually a requirement for K1 Visas, only for CR1.

NOA 2 will be mailed to the address that was included for the petitioner (US Citizen) which should have been an address in the US, but it could have been a PO BOX or a relative's address. The address where the RFE was received.
