Any one here who have tried claiming as Adult Derivative US Ciitizenship?

Not sure exactly what you mean.  Are you saying that there is a US citizen parent who transmitted citizenship to a child born outside the US and that child is now an adult?

  There are a few paths to citizenship through a parent and occasionally a grandparent.  What is your case ?  Child of a USC that lived in the US as an adult ,  child of someone who became a USC but didn't stay long in the US.   Is the USC your mother or father ?

Hi everyone, I am a son of a US citizen father and a non US Citizen mother born outside the US out of wedlock and claiming Derivative US Citizenship. I tried gathering all the required documents listed in the Derivative Citizenship checklist..but I am having a problem about the proof of legitimation...I was acknowledged by my father but that was not enough and I don't even have the form DS-5507(affidavit of physical presence, parentage and support). What other documents should I provide?..is there some other documents that I can show to prove legitimation?
