@FocusedFemale - when is your receipt date for i360?

After I received the 2 mos prima facie, still no update. Im starting to be worried :( still living in agony.

I360 - Sept 23 2016

received prima facie after a week or so.

March 2017 renewal of prima facie and ead

received 2nd renewal of prima facie maybe a week or 2 after

May 2017 - ead renewal approved

Sept 2017 - prima facie renewal (3rd)

Oct 3 2017 - received renewal but only for 2 mos.

I got 3rd prima facie ext with 60 days validity too. Does it say that a decision is expected to be taken in under 150 days ? Mine says that

Hey All,

Question:  Since filing I-360. I-485, and I-765 (c9), you can only inquire about the EAD in writing to VCS or can you put in an online service request?

Thanks

Filed Dec 20, got prima facie first week of Feb, they just gave it to me I didn't ask for it. I got my EAD in April, and it's due for renewal soon. How about you, when did you receive your EAD

i360 & i485 were filed concurrently 12/21/16

2/2/17 receive i797c response that the fee was waive for i360 and my date of birth was updated on i485.

2/17/17 received appt for biometric

3/1/17 biometric was done

4/12/17 after sharing my progress on this

forum. I learnt that I would not receive a work permit unless I file i765. I contacted my lawyer, he thought that he had file i765 but he didn't.

4/13/17 i765 was filed with a copy of i485 & i360 receipt and also a copy of my biometric appt letter.

4/28/17 my i765 form along with accompanied documents were returned to me along with a blue sheet on top. Stating that my application could not be accepted because I did not include a fee of $410.00 due to fee changes effective 12/23/16.

However, they advised me that that in order to speed up the process. I should also attached the payment to the entire package and return it to Vermont.

4/28/17 I mailed package with fee

5/18/17 receive notice that my application was      received.

6/30/17 received i765 approval notice. approve 6/26/17 Card was ordered

6/28/17 card was mailed

7/6/17 card was received

We have the exact same receipt and notice dates! Did you also get told to use notice date to calculate processing times? I am hoping for receipt date but at an infopass appointment the IO told me it’s according to notice date :/

No They didn't tell me anything about the processing time. It seems unpredictable because some applicants get approve faster that others. Am Praying  for us all.

I was hoping that but the Immigration officer at my Infopass appointment told me it was notice date. Hoping he was wrong and you are right!

When the congressman made inquiry on my vawa, they were told that the workflow is based on receipt date.
