Just follow the guide. Unless there is an unusual circumstance that requires professional help, you can DIY fine.

Others here have used RapidVisa to help review the paperwork. I can't personally vouch for them, but I'm unaware of any major issues people have had with them. But seriously consider just using the guide above first...paying a bunch of money to somebody else won't make the process go any faster, ensure success, or decrease the total amount of effort required.

You guys will still need to do most of the legwork so paying someone wouldn't save you too much of time. You can help him out with the paperwork so long he goes through it and knows what he is shipping to USCIS at the end of the day.

For my I-129F, K-1, AOS, EAD, AP and ROC detailed timelines, please refer to my timeline page :)

ROC filed on December 1, 2020, assigned to SRC, approved within 106 days on February 18, 2021.

My sincerest gratitude to all VJers, especially the late geowrian.

Thank you so much

Btw, VJ members are a helpful bunch :)

To get you guys started, check out the I-129F form and formal instructions sheet (https://www.uscis.gov/i-129f) along with the VJ guide linked by @geowrian in his response to you. Figure out what kinda required and supporting documents you'll need to submit together with the I-129F form.

Current fee is $535. G-325A is NO longer needed.

One step at a time and you'll be done with the petition submission in no time.

I agree with the others, no point in paying for someone else to fix it for you since you need to do almost all the work yourself anyway. It won't save you any time.

We did everything ourselves so I have zero experience from any such agency. I have heard of Rapid Visa though (https://rapidvisa.com) but wouldn't know if they are any good or not.

Initially even we thought of going to a immigration lawyer to start the K-1 process but then when we read about the process and also found VJ then we thought its waste spending money and doing it ourselves. Trust me, its very easy to fill the applications and printing off required documents and if you any more questions about any section or any question number on the application forms, the VJ family is always there to help you :) Wish you all the best guys
