Yes @Devan, I am December 26 2016 but every time I try filing a case inquiry it keeps telling me that they are withing the posted processing times and that they cannot create an inquiry at this time.

On the app you choose case log in and there you can find case history there and you will the steps as to some cases

I dont see this one in my playstore. I have 'Case Tracker' not "Texting Case Tracker"

 

Do u have Iphone. Maybe that's y.

Do you remember how long after you submitted the documents, they asked for the passport or interview?

@Franco007 We got an email to schedule a bio-metrics oath appointment (current one was expired). I scheduled it for jun 20th. They have asked my spouse to bring his passport to this interview. Any idea what is done during this apppointment? His visa status is still in Administrative processing.

@MansiB Fingerprints will be taken and if any other documents needed, they will ask him to provide it at a later date or by mail. If medical and police reports have been submitted earlier after the waiver approval and nothing else is needed then they will collect his passport after taking his fingerprints and visa will be issued but it will not be printed same day. He will be asked to come back to collect it or go to a collecting center to pick it up after issuance. 

 

For my spouse,  she just finished her 3rd fingerprinting a few days ago because the embassy kept having issues with their system and her prints but all is ok now because her passport has been collected and she was advised to pick up her passport next week after the visa issuance.

Update for fellow forum members: I am issued RFE today (06/06/2018). Date of receipt:  04/27/2017. I am not sure what additional evidence they requested as I am still to receive the notice copy in mail.

Was your waiver filed by a lawyer or yourself
