@waqsha Congratulations!!

Did they ask for the i-864, 2016 tax transcript and 2016 w2 at the interview

Thank you @NewComer.

CO did not ask for any documents except our wedding pictures.

Every single document I sent to NVC, I had my wife print a copy and bring with her.  Our goal was not to give the CO any reason to postpone visa.

I would definitely recommend you bring everything including full 2016 tax returns.

Hello all!

Here is an update...

Visa approval date:  8/24/2017

Immediately after visa approval, CEAC said "Administrative Processing."  This status was there for close 24 hours.

As of 8/25/2017, it says ISSUED.  Haven't received the call from courier to pick up visa packet and passport.  Hopefully, that will happen 8/26 or 8/28.

@Awai5 Thanks!!

I am guessing they return u the marraige and birth cert at the end of the interview. So they only kept your interview letter, medical report and passport from you correct? Just wanna know what all documents they kept with them.

Yes exactly those were the documents they kept.

Need help please. So looking at my wife's visa I see that it says IV Issue date 8/22/17, IV expiration date 8/30/17, is this even possible? Embassy is closed until monday so I cant even speak to anyone there to clarify this and the thought of having just a few days to arrange a flight drives me crazy. Has anybody experienced anything similar?
