So basically I received the FP (bio) letter about 2 weeks after the Lockbox received my file.

Quick question --- I filed through mail option. Is there any way I can get the online access code. I did sign up for the account online but when i try to track the case, it's asking for online access code. So would be possible for me to talk to a customer rep and request a code now or is it too late?

If the myuscis.gov site, the online access code is emailed to you---you use that one to sign into the second page (you get a one-time sign in access code each time you want to view your info on that website).

Also, what is your Field Office (to add you to the tracker)?

thanks for getting back. i was talking about the egov.uscis.gov site. i can log in by using emailed one time code but when i try to track my case it asks for online access code which should be given in the noa i believe.

when i reveived my noa, it didnt have that. But i will try my nbc number and see if that works. thank you.

They are asking for you to enter in your receipt number---found on your NOA.

The only time I've been asked for an online access code is for the myuscis.gov site

hello,

its philadelphia. So i logged in after using one time password code they sent to my email.

when i tried to click on track a case, it asks for "online access code" and DOB.

at the bottom It says that it can take up to 30 days for me to receive the confirmation letter and online access code in the letter through mail. So i guess i will wait for it.
in the meantime i will check the status using the other site. thank you for your help my friend. appreciate it.

Ah ok...I filed online so I didn't have that extra step of waiting for them to send me the online access code through the mail.

I'm sure you'll get it much quicker than in 30 days! I've added you to the tracker, good luck with your filing!
