I honestly don't know. Since you filed your N-400, your end goal is citizenship anyway. You cut in line by filing this way since you never know when I-751 will be approved if you wait - and total wait time for N-400 is the same with combined or not.

 

For me, I stopped caring a while back and was pleasantly surprised when my ROC was approved as everything was pointing towards a combined I-751/N-400 file.. But CSC surprisingly refused to send my I-751 to NBC and approved instead - then sent over the file. I called Tier 2 multiple times and they kept saying that NBC had requested my I-751 to combine it - and literally a month later CSC still hadn't sent it.. I was frustrated with CSC not sending my file, but they said there's nothing I could do about it since it's all within normal processing time..

Some progress -- ROC has now been approved as of yesterday, card in production -- so hopefully Chicago will put us back in the N-400 interview line sooner rather than later, they'll actually conduct the interview this time, and she'll be done with this whole process!

4/6/07 - Biometrics appointment in Newark at 9am

4/7/07 - touched

4/11/07 - touched

9/28/07 - email received...Card production ordered!

10/4/07 - received congratulations letter in the mail

10/09/07 - 10 year green card received

Hi. Any June 2017 filers waiting interview? My husband filed at Atlanta and did his biometrics. He received a letter saying he is "in line for interview" on August 22, 2017. So far no other updates...and we are unable to raise an enquiry online even it's past 6 months from PD. Any one else experiencing the same?

Hi I'm also a June filer, did my biometrics on June 27, in line since August 18, have not received any updates ever since.

my field office is NYC!

You should update in June filers. I filled in June 17 online, interview on November 1st and got Oath update on December 22 for Jan Oath date.

Yes...we received our interview letter in the mail today.  Can someone update the tracker for me.  Interview letter 12/19.  interview scheduled for 1/22/18!  Yipee.
