Cr@p thats a problem. Keep tracking it and if it doesn’t get delivered to your new place then rush to your old address and get it

Hi all, I have an interesting update!

Like many of you, I am a CSC filer (July 17th) and recently received a notice that my case has been transferred to a different office that now has jurisdiction on my case.

We;ll today I received a letter which advised my case was transferred to.... NEBRASKA! Any ideas on the significance of Nebraska? Will I keep my place in line?

Also, without tempted fate here, but it now that they have authority on my case it means they can call an interview RFE, but how would I get to Nebraska? Therefore it makes me think after their initial review they see my case as a pretty open and shut situation where its just a means to process my approval? I may be tempting fate there of course...

Honestly, I have never seen so detailed notifications. At least they're working on your case. Nebraska will make the final review and let you know, but who know when :-). Just a transfer due to the backlog.

I think we should wait by the end of next month to start getting approvals. There are still people from May that get their approvals now.  But it seems like California is moving finally
