has anyone gotten their extension letter yet?

Unfortunately no, my extension letter expires on August 14th. I'm thinking about making an infopass, I applied for n400 but no updates on i751.

Usually a month before your third year being CR, but sometimes they accept walk ins specially on your case since your work needs to be in and out the US.

Thank you :-)

My daughters and I got our one-year extension stamp today in Detroit..... and SUPER EASY!!!!

Easy to get to; all the staff and security were pleasant; our appointment was for 1:45 and we were about an hour early (coming from west side of State, I wanted to leave plenty of buffer in case of accidents/construction) so the only "negative" was that we couldn't officially check in until 1:30 (45 min wait)... but then only had to wait about 5 minutes for our number to be called.

Told the Officer we were looking to get the stamp because kids would be camping with my parents over the summer - no issues..... I did a photo and a fingerprint; and off we went. She let us keep the expiring GC & original 12 month letter.... and that was that....

I got my stamp yesterday in Reno.   All completed in less than 30 minutes.

Officer denied the couple in front of us their stamp.  We were expecting the same but were happily surprised when he took my passport along with my expired GC and extension letter and disappeared into the locked back room.  When he came back he said "yip, you can have your stamp".  It will expire July 13 2019.

He also asked if I applied for naturalization yet.  I said I was procrastinating.  He mentioned that processing in Reno was 8-10 months; fresh data as he was looking at their office stats yesterday.  He also said his data supports July CSC filers will be processed sometime in January 2019.

Looks like the N-400 is the way to go.

Reno office kept my old GC.
