I have questions. I know someone who hold a fraudulent visa. Well, she was a Domestic Helper in HK before she came here. To get a tourist visa she paid the travel agency to put money in her bank as a show money and they have to put a travel agency business in her name as well so it's easy for her to get a visa.

Finally, she succeed and she's here obviously and married a military guy not to mention she's still married in her country. No divorce in her country where she came from.

I don't know how they manipulate the law but she was able to  marry a military man and fixed her status. She is a 10 yr green card holder now.

But she gave me stress. I am a stress mom and she keeps on bugging me. You could imagine all the negative things in the world she did and said that to me. I couldn't take it anymore. I can't deal with anymore. I a nice to her but she keeps on pushing my button to be pissed. She likes confrontation and argument. She did this to me because she's jealous cause I am with her ex. A father of her son. Her son is with us, my husband got the full custody. I've been very nice to her and I love my step son but she just cant handle the fact that I am the step-mom of her son and a wife to her ex.

My questions are: is there any way I could have her deported?

How long is the process?

If I report her thru ICE website will she know that it's me who report her?

How big is the chance she could be deported?

Thank you.

You cannot have her deported, that is not your choice.  You can report her to ICE at Immigration.Reply@dhs.gov or you can telephone ICE at 1-866-347-2423. You can do so anonymously, but of course giving your name will make it be a stronger case because then ICE can come back to you for more info.  How long it will take/ whether they act will depend on the strength of your evidence- your word alone will count for little.

Something doesn't add up - if you're married to her ex that means she's divorced (unless she married another man after divorce).

She's married in her country Philippines where she came from. My husband is just her ex-bf whom she had a kid with.

I was gonna fill out the form but then I was thinking if ICE would tell her who filed for the case. Of course, as much as possible I want to stay anonymous though ICE know me.

Donyou think ICE would tell her who filed the case or complain (whatever you wanna call that).
