what's interesting to me is that none of the recent events in the us (that should be considered terror attacks but aren't because "wrong agenda") would have been stopped by trump's muslim ban.

As for Trump's EO's regarding Muslim countries, they are a joke and do not include the countries where the majority of the terrorists come from, like Saudi Arabia. So no, I'm not in favor of how those EO's are written.

But if he didn't know who was playing, why did he take the gun in all the same? That precluded premeditation. He just wanted to shoot some politicians. That pretty much excludes political affiliation as a reason.

One witness who described a man asking who was playing on the team described the individual as wearing different clothing as the actual shooter, so there seems to be confusion here.

But you also stated that there are very few white Muslims.  Somewhat contradictory statements.  If skin-color does not define origin, then how can anyone make a brash assumption about the shooters religious views?
