Your belief has no bearing upon reality -- his own department had been wanting him axed for months before Trump did the necessary act. Misleading the public about Trump being under investigation, and leaking things to the media that likely fall under executive privilege is neither honest nor trying to do the best job. It's exemplary of why he was recommended to be fired and ultimately was.

Is this like the logic problem where you meet the two Indian Chiefs at the fork of the road , one who only tells the Truth and the other who only lies?  Because based on a wild guess, I would say Chief Walking Eagle is the liar.
