sorry i've obviously offended you. personally, my opinion is that a murderer is a murderer and religions are the scourge but unfortunately there's no way to do away with them so long as individuals choose to practice them. freedom ain't free, blah blah blah.

I'm proud of my Irish heritage personally. But don't ever forget that anti-Irish sentiment did exist and still exists to this day in both countries. Empathy for what other people have had to endure because of those who want to fuel hatred goes a long way.

Someone once told me that Cork is the true capital of Ireland, nice city but I am still laughing.

It was my 52nd B-day a couple of days ago so I have lived through the bad times. I was in London in the 80's and worked in Jersey the Channel Islands so I am well aware of the anti-Irish sentiment.
