Sparrow--You still haven't put in your timeline, which would be a big help. When was your interview? I think it must have been about the same time as ours. I hope we will also hear something soon. Keep the faith!

You can't be sure at this time because of the wording of the notification and not the actual letter itself.
Normally it takes many months to get the NOID/NOIR request and in your case it this was it then it would be unusually fast and that is why I am

hesitant to say it is.
You said in your comment that they states "we have enclosed a copy for your convenience" so she should have a copy of the request ?
What does this request say ? (Copy attached in email ?)

Hi my wife got the email today from uscis and they approved our case again and they said The Potomac Service Center has updated USCIS records with the new address you provided. However, we approved your Form I-130 and sent it to the National Visa Center (NVC).

Please contact the NVC to notify them of your address change, so that your petition can be updated with this information as well.

I would have to see the exact wording in that email to make a comment.
Does it say the petition has been reaffirmed or does it just say the I-130 has been approved and sent to NVC in regards to the
address change ?
Post the email word for word with personal info deleted, I don't like to comment on someone's interpretation on what they think USCIS said
