Please does hiring an immigration attorney case make your case move faster?

No. We used an attorney and our case for a K1 got an RFE because he forgot to add a simple sentence  to my letter of intent....'within 90 days we will get married'.

It depends how complex your case is. You're less likely to receive an RFE. It sped my case up a lot. But it just depends case to case. Do what's best for you. Take into account cost and such... but it's nice to have someone who knows what they're doing and can answer all of your questions

Seconded. I've heard stories of attorneys making mistakes. In general, it's a good idea to thoroughly check what your attorney is submitting. They're human. Best not to blindly trust someone, especially with something as sensitive as immigration.
