Uscis received on December 15, 2016

Received sms notification on December 27, 2016

Received NOA in mail  on December 30,2016

Received Biometric Notification on January 9, 2017

Biometic done January 17, 2017

Case status changed on January 27, 2017 to Form 1-485 was scheduled for an interview.

Called USCIS to submit case inquiry on EAD on day 90 on March 15, 2017

My case status changed to you have been scheduled for an interview on day 97 on March 22, 2017

My case status changed to New card is being produced for my EAD on day 100 on March 25, 2017

Received NOA in mail for the interview on March 27, 2017

My case status changed to EAD mailed to me on day 109, April 3,2017

Received my EAD card in mail on day 111, April 5, 2017

Received NOA of Approval by mail 0n I-765 on April 7, 2017

Went for interview on AOS I-485 on April 24, 2017

My case status changed same day April 24, 2017 to New card is being produced on I-485

My case status changed to New card mailed to me on April 27, 2017

Received NOA of Approval on I-485 by mail on April 28, 2017

Received My Green Card in Mail on day 135, April 29, 2017:D

Congratulations! We almost have the exact same timeline, except I didn't have an interview, and my green card hasn't showed up yet in the mail, haha.

03-19-2021: Officially an American Citizen 🇺🇸 Entire journey from initial K-1 Visa filing to Naturalization took 5 years, 8 days.

NVC Received : some dinkelsberry yehoo in the house of clingons send our petition to the wrong consulate.

Consulate Received : July 30,2014 Transfer to right embassy complete.

Interview Date : Oct 22, 2014

Interview Result : AP , requesting another PC (not expired) and certified divorce decree (was submitted)Stokes interview via phone for petitioner 4 hrs after interview.

Oct 23 email notification visa approved.
Visa Received : Nov. 3 , 2014 VISA IN HAND.

US Entry : Nov. 21, 2014

Marriage : Dec 27, 2014

AOS send : May 12, 2015, received May 14, 2015 USPS priority

Email &text : May 18, 2015, check cashed May 19,2015, return receipt May 21, 2015 stamped USCIS Lockbox, NOA1 (3x) May 22,2015

Biometrics : June 1, 2015 letter received for appointment June 8, 2015, successful walk-in June 1, 2015

RFE : June 12, 2015 for income not meeting guideline. Income does ( ! ) exceed guideline.

RFE response : June 26, 2015 returned with a boat load full of financial evidence.

UPDATE: July 5, 2015 updated on all 3 cases, RFE received June 30, 2015.

Service request : Aug 12, 2015, letter received that it will be processed within 90 days from receipt of RFE.

UPDATE: Aug 24, 2015, EAD card being produced/ordered. ( 102 days from AOS receipt day and 55 days from RFE response received.) Thank you Jesus !

Emails : Aug 24, 2015, EAD approved, EAD card ordered.

Renewal EAD in production notification text and online, expedite successful 4 days after RFE request response was faxed, Aug25mailed,Aug29received.

Sept. 21 Interview, 2 hour interview, we were separated and asked about 50 questions each for an hour each. IO was firm but professional, some smiles.
Several service requests made, contacted Senator and Ombudsman. Background checks still pending.
July 21, 2017 HOME VISIT.  Went well. Topic thread in AOS forum.
Waiting to skip ROC and get 10 yr GC due to over 2 year while pending AOS
AOS APPROVED Oct. 4, 2017 * Green card in hand Oct 13, 2017 !!!!!

First K1 denied after 16 month of AP. Refiled. We are a couple since 2009. Not a sprint but a matter of endurance.

To be honest, It was Quiet simple than i thought. just be real and honest. so far your marriage is not a sham, you will have 101% confident and trust me with God all things are possible.

My husband knows everything about me. He was the one the major and most questions were directed to. questions like : what was my occupation before i moved into the state, has he met any of my family member, the officer asked me where do we live and i should describe what  is across our apartment building, where my husband work, what school her daughter attends cos he saw her picture in our picture album. asked why we had our wedding in another state.  and finally what we have together. and to be honest we didn't have anything together in both of our name cuase it was 2weeks after i received my EAD i was called for an interview but we explain why we didn't have anything in both of our names and even our lease agreement would be released to us by the managing  company on the morning of our interview by 10am and the interview was 8 am. but we only presented our latest tax return filled together and this wad the only thing we have in both of our name. and the officer took few pictures out for record purposes and gave me a white form that explained why the decisions were not made and it may take up to 60days  before i hear from them. and we exchanged pleasantries and we left the building. but when it was 4.30pm same day i just decided to check my case status on line and i found my new card is being produced and the 3rd day it changed to my card was mailed to me...
