Trump: I'd be 'honored' to meet Kim Jong Un under 'right circumstances'

I will admit he is awkward and I wish there was a little more self control with the tweets. But he is not a career politician so it's something he will have to learn as he goes. So for those used to seeing a more refined president he will come across as crude but for those of us sick of the whole schooled politician who has been bought and paid for before taking office, Trump is a refreshing change.

It's easy for you to say that, when you don't have to live with or pay for his excesses. Distance is your friend.

Well either you agree with what Trump said…even though you may disagree with how he said it….or you don't.

I am having a hard time with this

What he said = the words he used

How he said it = the words he used

What is missing here

tbh Trump hasn't shown me to be that different from the politicians, but where I do like what he does, it's upsetting the party establishments and media. While it's nothing groundbreaking yet, it has to start somewhere before it can evoke change. Problem is people are far too impatient, so 8 years of Trump and I'm sure the next President makes Hillary look like an outsider.

He is not a career politician?  How much do we need to pay extra for someone with some adult common sense, I will vote to increase my taxes if that is what is needed.

You can always just voluntarily pay more taxes. You don't need to raise everyone else's too.

Federal yes, state no. If I still had residency in CA I would be.

Ironically, I'm also still considered a CA voter. I should change residency to Montana.

Do you have residency in MT or are you just a potentially fraudulent voter?

Nah, if I did I would have gladly changed residency to MT. A lot less dumb initiatives to vote on I bet, or less useless Senate ballots that don't say "D" or "D".

But because my last residency was in CA, forced to register as a CA resident as far as voting goes.

I'd be a minority everywhere (except maybe Vermont? but only by technicality). California made sure to shut us DTS (Decline to State) voters out of primaries.. who needs independent voices anyways?
