@Jilliane you will fill out that part if you resided at any address since you became a permanent resident. But if you did not resided at any address just leave it blank.

Yeah I dont need the additional information part since I was able to put everything on the previous pages. So i will just have to pit NA on Part 11 (1.a,bc)? What I did is I put my name on  it with my alien number but on 3.d to 7.d I just put NA. Not so sure if this is right though.

Are you filling the form by hand? If you had filled it on a computer, it would automatically populate that section with the information you put in on Part 1.

I think it's just a feature that the USCIS must have included while creating that form.

@Cocoza i filled out the form by pen since some features using the computer is not available and it might cause confusion.

I filled it up on a computer and for this part Part 11 (1.a- 2) it did not auto populate any information I was the one who put my name on it. Should I? And just put the rest NA?

Does it allow your mouse select that section for part 11? I mean allowing you type in section 11 boxes?

Yea, it was pretty weird.

The section for signature, did you have that warning (Don't forget to sign) when you printed out the form and signed there?

Yes! That's why on that part (your full name) I put my information with my A-number and in 3.a to 7.d I just put NA since I dont need this Additional Information page. Or should I just put all NA on this page including what it says "Your full name"

Should we also include two passport-style photos for petitioner and dependent in the package?

@Cocoza yes, I got that prompt message when I printed out the form. I tried to filled out by computer but I noticed some features were not available so I opted to filled out using pen.

OK. This is really interesting, 

Mine did auto-populate when i filled it out. So it had all that info.

 

Now i am starting to get a little concerned. 

 

Guys in the house, what were your experiences filling out the form with this auto-populate thing please?

@Jilliane I believe you dont need to include passport size pictures since they will capture picture during your biometric schedule. Passport pictures is only required on your AOS.
