More and more people have SOMETHING, so we are getting closer.

Here are some stats (a dfferent view of the same old data) that I posted for Feb filers. Jan filers are moving along and it does look encouraging that more Feb filers could be seeing NOA2 in a few more weeks. I also noticed December interview dates increasing.

Wow. We have not seen long delays like this since this time last year, all due to the implementation of IMBRA.

I now wonder why there is a delay from USCIS....Flashbacks?

Anyway, all the best to you guys, soon to be on the other side!!

161 days? that seems a little bit unusual. I thought they were getting up to January now and had finished most of the December filers... have you inquired at the CSC to see what your case status is? I would definately be concerned. Good luck though, hope everything is ok!

As for me, nothing yet!

Have you ever called? It's an automated menu system and you don't really talk to anyone. You cannot get customer service on the phone until you're past their "current processing" date, which is still September.

Sorry, I feel kind of stupid now.. after I wrote this, i looked at your other thread and read about the whole situation :( I'm really sorry this has happened. The whole "we're now processing files from september" system is completely maddening, since judging from the time of your touches it really looks like they meant to approve or at least send you an RFE. For your sake, I hope they finish those one or two files from September already! Wishing you the best of luck that this gets resolved very soon.

That is maddening! I always wonder who's the other Nov filer with a Filipina fiancee (besides Jim&Gemz) waiting for the NOA2... so it's you!

Happy trip! Being with your baby would be the best way to fight off the frustrations with immigration! Hopefully when you get back to US, a letter from California is sitting in your mailbox.

Jesus!!!!! I didn't realize there was yet another Nov filer left! I sure hope you have called your congressperson - and if so, what were they told? Probably that stupid arsed 'you're within processing times'. Well hey, at least on May 7th, you'll be OUTside their BS processing time - so what, that means they'd actually get off their arses and adjudicate?

jlcross is another Nov filer. I think there may be a few others, too, but it could be that they're not on VJ now and haven't updated their timelines.

I've only been waiting a month but bored already.

I have lost all motivation to any work in my job as I know I will be leaving, plus they've cut my budget again so I don't have any resources to do anything, so I'm just sitting here twiddling my thumbs, trying to find something to fight off the boredom.

Maybe I should just sit in a cupboard with a couple of mothballs in my pockets and only come out when we get our NOA2!

I was thinking though - I work better if I get compliments rather than complaints, so maybe its the same for the guys at USICS. So rather than complain about the length of time all us non-VSC people have to wait, maybe we should all be sending letters of encouragement, bunches of flowers and boxes of chocolates etc to CSC, it might encourage them to work faster!

A little bribery can go a long way.
