For those who applied via K1 for AOS how do you know what your priority date is?

The notices I received had blank priority dates.

Mine didn’t have one either. But I think it’s just the date from NOA 1 (your filed on / Accepted on date) for those who don’t have it filled out, plz correct me if I’m wrong

Citizenship process complete!  First a J1 work/travel Visa visitor from Philippines to Texas where we met each other, then back to Philippines.  Ultimately, immigrated here via a K1 Marriage-based petition in 2016, AOS started in 2017, completed in 2018, ROC started/completed in 2020, N-400/Citzenship granted in 2022 - timeline link below:

So we just messed up.... Wife's EAD expires next month. We already sent in the EAD renewal and got the bio letter. However, we didn't understand we had to renew the AP and have a trip already booked for September 15th.

What do we need to send for the EAD renewal? 131 form, all the prior approvals, and another set of passport style photos?

Read a few posts up, i detailed what i sent in. Include the bar-code that you had from your first EAD for 'faster renewal' as it says.

Don't leave the country without that AP. Current processing time for EAD/AP is 4 months+

Yea praying for that, phone line at USCIS said 3 months. We actually got our Biometrics for the EAD renewal 1 month after mailing in the paperwork. They said we may not have to re-do bio metrics if we get the AP paper work in before approval.

Right now just hoping we either get the renewal or get lucky and get our interview and approval. Local office shortest time is 13 months which we are a bit over now. We've already booked tickets, friends have booked tickets, church booked for the wedding and everything. Can't imagine how well handle that if we can't go.

Went to uscis for appointment they said we should get an interview b4 sept. 20 when our ead expires.

You filed in May 2017 I am assuming?

My wife is going in for her Biometrics on the 20th for the EAD renewal. Assuming since this is the field office we'd have our interview in, they could tell us better time line for interview there?

I never got a biometrics notice on my renewal, I think it said they'd use existing ones.

File asap and 1 month out from your travel date contact your local congressman's office with proof of your flights and ask them to expedite. I did the same first time round and had my card within 3 days of them requesting USCIS to look at it.

Thanks! Will plan on contacting the congress man, we did the same for our EAD and it worked out. We mailed out the renewal for the AP on Friday and got delivered on Saturday.

Seemed weird to me to request biometrics again for a renewal too.....
