See this on our EAD and not sure what it means? We didn't get an email? Ideas? Gonna call USCIS and ask but not sure if this means just sent us a piece of mail saying nope, or wait on RFE?

When my expedite was approved, on the "next steps" tab, it updated to "your case has been suspended while we request your file." The tier 2 I spoke to said that this meant my expedite was approved. If you call USCIS and tell them that you got that notification but no email then they will transfer you to tier 2 - that's what they did for me anyway. Then they can tell you if something was mailed out to you. Honestly, they should ask you for evidence of emergency before they approve or deny - unless it's an RFE. Check your other receipt numbers and see if there is an RFE pending.

So when I saw this earlier my RFE for my 485(for the 864 and income issues was still pending) but not my 485 shows my RFE was received and they just accepted delivery yesterday at 10 am. Based on everything I read it usually takes 2-3 days for online to update(I guess could be a fluke) but maybe the expedite for the EAD could of pushed this through and maybe were getting lucky?

A little luck is all we all need to push through this process. I do hope it's your lucky day!

I got the exact same thing today.

I called USCIS and the guy just told me that they need me to fax them the job offer letter and any supporting evidence of "Severe financial loss" etc...

So I did just that, I faxed them (to the fax number he gave me with "ATTN REF NUMBER XXXX....") the offer letter with a cover letter explaining my situation.

The USCIS guy said they can't confirm if they got the fax but it should take no more than a couple of days to process and approve/deny the request to expedite.

Hope this helps you.
