Planning on applying for my driver's license on Tuesday.

I will take with me: EAD, passport, international birth certificate, certified marriage certificate, copy of leasing contract and a bank statement(for proofing GA residency; my name is not on the bills. I'm only an authorized user.), Social Security card, German driver's license( and the international dl).

Anything else?

Which license will I get? The provisional one or the actual driver's license?

You will get the DL that expires the same time as your EAD. Then after you get GC you can go back and get the DL renewed so it will expire when you new GC expires.

I had to do both test though! (Not on same day) but since you are from Germany then try and see if you have to they have some kind of deal with Germany.

You will need your i765 form that USCIS sent you

Do I need NOA1 or NOA2?

I'm assuming NOA2 would make more sense since it's the approval...

She does not need that form when she has the card in hand.

She should bring the NOA1 from AOS however just in case.

I will bring NOA1 with me.

Anything else that I need?

It looks fine to me what you wrote further up + the AOS NOA1 :) Good luck!

Thank you! :)

The leasing contract has my maiden name on it. I might have to explain them that the name cannot be changed until I have a valid ID.
