I called NVC yesterday and they told me they received my file Monday Nov 13 and had scanned it but need two weeks to generate the case # and Invoice and should call back then. Mind you I had called last week Thursday or Friday and they told me that it takes 6 weeks to get the file so I should call then but I decided to call yesterday anyway.

I called , they said they have my case but it needs to be inputted in the system, so I should give them 2 weeks. But it is in the building.

Yes I’m from Potomac as well.  My case was sent to NVC 11/2 and I was told it was received 11/6.  I also was told I should have my case number by 11/20 and another week after that before they’re start emailing me application information.
