anyone from TSC see their case sent to NVC? My NOA2 was on October 13th and I have called NVC several times and they still do not have it.

should i try talking to USCIS and a tier 2 rep there?

I just want this to speed up already! Getting very impatient.

Has your case been updated online? Does it say sent to NVC

TSC is being very slow at sending cases to NVC. I was approved on Oct 2nd and case was sent to NVC on Oct 30th. NVC haven't received it yet!

Mine was approved Oct 12. I will try to call again today. I am thinking of calling USCIS, too and see if my case has been sent to NVC

Online it still says case approved. It's crazy how slow they are! I see NVC has received other people's cases at Potomac with NOA2 dates later than mine. It's frustrating. :(

I've called USCIS to see if they can give me an estimate on when they send it out or if they have a tracking number associated with it (I think I read someone on VJ had done something similar) , but no luck. Let me know how it goes!

I need some help filling out I864 Affidavit Support form. Part 5, Sponsor's Household Size form . It automatically puts 1 in part where it says provide the number you entered in part 3 item number 28 which in my case is my spouse. but then again 3 says if you currently married enter 1 for your spouse. so what should i do? should i enter 1 there or leave it blank. if i put one then wouldn't it double count it in the total household size number?

I submitted the I -864EZ form.  But for  the household size I entered "2" for myself and the person(spouse) I'm sponsoring.   It had a box to check for spouse but there was no need to check it.

So if I am the only person sponsoring my spouse and there is no joint sponsor, I should file I 864 EZ rather than I 864?

The i864ez is used when ALL the following conditions apply:

*You are the person who filed or is filing the form I130, for a relative being sponsored.

*The relative you are sponsoring is the only person listed on the form i130

*The income you are using to qualify is based entirely on your salary or pension and is shown on one or more IRS form W2s provided by your employers or former employers.

Little reminders before sending the AOS form:

*Write your NVC Case number on the top right hand corner of every document in the package.  (This only applies to those who have to mail the package in)

*Make sure your Document Cover Sheet is filled out properly and placed first in the package.  Have every document in order according to the checklist.

*Send color copies of civil documents

Congratulations!

My case was sent to NVC on November 3rd.  How long should I wait before following up with NVC or should I wait to hear from them first?  Besides the I-864 is there any other form I (petitioner) or the beneficiary can start to fill out whilst waiting for NVC to receive the file? Sorry If I'm asking the same questions asked before...I may have missed the answers.
