Lets discuss if this has been your observations or someone with a priority Date past 4/28 who used the old form has been approved.

This would really annoy me because my PD is 4/10 and I was advised to scrap our old form and use the new one just in case ... Texas, no approval yet. UGH now I regret that.

Good news here! We got an Approval Notice on the mail today. On the USCIS website, it still says Case Received. My NOA1 is April 18th (TSC).

My father case got approved. Still waiting for my mother to get approved as well.

The NOA1 is April 14th, Texas service center.

What is the next step?

Ahh. So excited. I haven't posted on this forum but have been lurking since submitting my husband's i130 in April. Just got the letter of his i130 approval today in the mail. Online system still says "case received".

NOA2 October 12, 2017

*we submitted the new i130/i130a application, didn't send his birth certificate, and didn't apply for k3. No RFE.
