Get our NOA2 in the mail today. I was told by 2 separate tier 2 officer last friday that our i130 was approved on 10/05/17 but our case was and still is showing received on the USCIS site. So getting the approval letter makes us  feel more confident

Mine was approved 9/26, case sent to NVC on 10/6. Hoping to hear from them this week..

How do you know it was sent to NVC? Did you check online or call? Because I tried to check my status online but it doesn’t show a change. But I did receive the hard copy of the approval.

Gve it 10 days after you've received the approval and start calling NVC

I got approved October 11, 2017 

So far great news today.

I have not received my NOA2 I looked up online and stated it was approved 

In the beginning my receipt number would come out as invalid and today it shows as approved. 

My PD is April 13

I don't know about you guys but I'm getting super excited as the days pass. Having thoughts of my reactions when I finally get to see my husband again.... For good. 👫

 

My husband and I plan on going on a cruise 🚢 or New York 🗽 to celebrate his arrival.   What are you guys planning on doing??

So guys... this isn't an approval but.... my case status online finally went from invalid case number to case received!!!! So exciting!!! Something is changing
