k2 along with k1

My wife and I got married within the 90 day term of her k1 visa.  she has her 5 year old son with her on a k2 visa.   we are filing our aos prior to the expiration of her I-94.  I listed the k2 on the k1 - and I-485 and I-864.  I filled out a seperat I-131 for the k2.   does my k2 need his own I-485?   what supporting documents are needed to be includded for the k2 also?  thanks

Her son needs his own separate forms for all - AOS, EAD (so he can get his own SSN), and AP, plus corresponding supporting documents and passport photos. He does NOT need a G-325A as he is under 14 and a separate I-864.

Yes the k-2 Will need his/hers own package. You can copy the parents I-864 and put in the package the rest he/she will need his/her own of. 

No G-325 or bio fee if kid if under 14.

on the I-485 part 2 application type;  there are 2 correct answers.  my spouse or parent applied for aos that allows derivative status for spouses and children   and  I enterd as a k1 of a us citizen whom i married within 90 days of entry, or i am the k2 child of such a fiancee.    do i check both of them?  thanks   never mind that one...it says imagarant and k1 is a non imagrant visa.
