Hi
We had good faith marriage. we got separated for almost a year now. I am in divorce process. I am afraid that might talk so long.
this why I decide to remove the condition with HARDSHIP waiver (as I will be discriminated in my county since I divorced my wife) till my divorce is done and if I got denied, I will refile 1-751 again and check the DIVORCE waiver. if I have the final divorce in hand.

Do you think is it good idea to file for hardship for myself first as Lebanon guy because it is not safe now and my family will not accept me since I divorce my wife?

What I do if I did not get my final divorce at all for a long time? is the immigration court going to give me more time for the divorce degree?

Should I file for just divorce waiver direct? but I will get denied since I don't have the final divorce degree? I just want to wast sometimes for the divorce to be done before I go to immigration court!
Thanks for helping me

S.

Hi,

Just go with the divorce waiver, it's easier than the hardship one. Plus the chances of approval are higher. Lebanon is not considered "unsafe" for the US. If you have any questions message me. Goodluck bro.

The immigration process caused me PTSD.

What about I don't have the divorce degree in hand when they ask for RFE and get denial, What should I do than?

They will give you more time to get your decree. But why are saying that "what if I don't get my divorce decree at all"? If you want your decree then you initiate the divorce, don't wait here!

I understand this, but why to wait her to divorce you?? YOU divorce her and get your divorce decree. Don't put yourself under her mercy bro.

I am doing that right now, I am just afraid that she don't sign the paper and make me lose everything.
This is why I want to do Hardship to win some time.

You can divorce her without her agreeing on the divorce. Learn more about the divorce in the US it's not like in Lebanon. You can divorce her solely, her cooperation is not required.

When you lock it they ask either other info you submitted when you registered including secret questions, or they ask you to call and talk to them.  That way you should be able to unlock your account once they are convinced  your are the rightful owner of the account.
