Hello, I plan to petition my older sister. I am aware that it will take 20++ years to do so. Her kids are 12 and 15 at the moment

Will the petition include her kids to be with her by the time the petition is granted? And if so this means that these kids

should not get married because it voids the petition?

They will age out. They will be well into adulthood by the time the PD becomes current and the government cuts off immigration benefits to sibling's children at the age of 21. Honestly, they should go ahead and live their lives and if they find loved ones they should go ahead and get married instead of holding off. 20+ years is a long time and there is a chance the sibling category may not be available in the near future.

Could be in their 40's.
