There's no crystal clear answer. However it's assumed it's your green card,

Thanks - would make sense I guess, but also rather confusing!

I agree! There's a whole current thread on this right now, the wording in the letter seems rather off. But the green card is the safer assumption.

Package received - 3-14-17

Check cashed - 03-21-17

NOA received - 03-23-17

NOA dated - 03-16-17

So I have a dumb question - this one year extension... is it from the date your current green card expires or from the NOA date?

Where did you send to?

California for me

package sent  on March 14 (next day air)

Received package on  March 15

Cash check on March 17

Have not receive NOA

It's been a week already

does anyone have same time frame as me and receive their NOA? Should I call them?

Vermont. Don't worry, they cashed your check. It's processing. Deep breaths. No need to call. Keep calm. Carry on.

I have a question Vjers. So I have to pay I 751 fees by check or money order only? No online payment? If I pay by check should I include the check with my complete application package?

I appreciate your answers. Thank you.

Correct, there's no online payment option this time. Whatever you use, definitely include it in the package and near the front in a place where it's very obvious and they can see it right away (paper clips or binder clips to the front of the form should be enough).

Or should I just attend the Office on the 10th with my letter and ask to have my biometrics done? That would only be 3-4 business days after it was scheduled?
