Thanks and exactly it is this way :)  My job plans also heavily depend and just imagine what can I answer during phone interviews "umm I should get green card may be in May, but don't doubt I will be able to start from May, some date of May but I don't know what date or... may be June...."

Sorry I am late to answering. But does your wife also live in Pakistan with you? Or was there an extended period of time she stayed there? That would be the reason to prove domicile.
