Hello!  I'm about to send out my K1 Fiance visa packet with my I-129F and supporting documents.  I have everything ready but I just realized that the G-1145 form for e-notification of application/petition acceptance is out of date (says "expires 09/30/2016") but I can't find an updated version on this site or the USCIS site.  Is the form I have acceptable?  Also, if anyone has experience filing the G-1145 form, how long did it take for you to receive an e-notification?  I'm aware that timelines vary, I just want to get an idea of how long it will take.

Thanks for your help!

Use the form currently provided on the USCIS website.

On https://www.uscis.gov/g-1145 under "Edition Date" it says

"09/15/14. A new edition of this form is coming soon. In the meantime, customers may file using previous editions.  You can find the edition date at the bottom of the page on the Form and Instructions."

Besides, even without sending this form, you can sign up for e-notifications after you receive your case numbers, through MyUCSIS case tracker.

Thank you!  That's the form I'm using, just wanted to make sure an updated version wasn't hidden somewhere.  Thanks for your response!

So I submitted my application using the expired (but current) G-1145 and got a rejection letter, stating that "the application/petition was filed on an outdated version of this form" (#######!!??). Was this an error?

Does the rejection notice mention the use of outdated form G-1145? If it is, it's their mistake. If it mentions another outdated form you used, check on uscis website for that form to find if you did use outdated one.

Yes, the letter says I used an outdated form. I'm 100% sure it's their mistake and I'm upset.

The most current edition is "Form G-1145 09/15/14" which expires(d) 09/30/2016.

G-1145 is just for notification purpose. Not directly related with application/petition. Furthermore, this form is optional. I don't think they will reject you because of this form. "The application/petition was filed on an outdated version of this form"-i think it is referring to I-129F or other application form that you are using.
