Hello. Has anyone here gotten an expedite thru the nvc for thier cr1 case. How long does it take the mail to reach the embassy. And how does the process continues after the expedite approval?

The process is the same as non-expedited, it just goes faster as they pull your case out of the queue and work on it first. As to how long it takes, it depends on the embassy, as well as your reason for expedite- the only very clear reason is impending military deployment, and that usually goes super fast.  For other things such as medical, they will need to examine your evidence first.

Remember you need to request expedite at each stage- USCIS, NVC, then embassy, it doesn't carry over.
