Consulate Received : July 30,2014 Transfer to right embassy complete.

Interview Date : Oct 22, 2014

Interview Result : AP , requesting another PC (not expired) and certified divorce decree (was submitted)Stokes interview via phone for petitioner 4 hrs after interview.

Oct 23 email notification visa approved.
Visa Received : Nov. 3 , 2014 VISA IN HAND.

Marriage : Dec 27, 2014

AOS send : May 12, 2015, received May 14, 2015 USPS priority

July 21, 2017 HOME VISIT.  Went well. Topic thread in AOS forum.
Waiting to skip ROC and get 10 yr GC due to over 2 year while pending AOS
AOS APPROVED Oct. 4, 2017 * Green card in hand Oct 13, 2017 !!!!!

First K1 denied after 16 month of AP. Refiled. We are a couple since 2009. Not a sprint but a matter of endurance.

Also don't freak out if ceac status bounces back and forth from ready to AP to ready to AP again, that's normal.

CEAC website still showing AP as it was not updated after 28 Feb. I assume they will change the status in it as well.

Yes, you may see a bounce back from ready to AP like I said until ISSUED. They call it AP when they actually print the visa

also.

This is the new CEAC website update. What you suggest?

From what I remember once I left the passport at the embassy it took around a week for it to change status and for my passport to be returned with a visa. It does change status and bounce back too. Seems like they have approved your case otherwise they would not ask for your passport. Its just a waiting game now, but hopefully they will want to sort it out being the end of the week, I cant comment on how long that takes at the Indian Embassy I just know at the London embassy its around a week or so.

Hi all.... This is the current update that CEAC website is showing:

 

Your visa case is currently undergoing necessary administrative processing. This processing can take several weeks. Please follow any instructions provided by the Consular Officer at the time of your interview. If further information is needed, you will be contacted. If your visa application is approved, it will be processed and mailed/available within two business days. 

For more information, please visit U.S. Embassy New Delhi.

 

Kindly advise if it is normal or something to be worried of?

I'm positive as I believe in my love, just worried when they say it may take long. Just like last time and I kept waiting for more than a year and they did nothing.

It seems they are looking at your case and will be giving you a decision shortly. I cant talk about how long India take to this, I have no idea, but what I know is your case is being reviewed as it says.
