I hear ya ....

All you can do is be patient ... not knowing if it is the embassy or NBI being slow

Hi,

I just want to check if there is anybody here that was requested by the USEM to send their court documents.  I was already interviewed by the NBI and they already submitted the explanation letter to USEM, I got a mail from USEM asking for my court documents, I just want to know what you submitted?  Thank you in advance

My apologies as we just wanted to see if there might be answers on a different thread. Thank you

@Chat

Did you submit court documents?... I think we are in the same boat now...

Or is there anybody here also requested by embassy to mail court records?... Pls..

Hi, as for my dad he had previous court cases which were all dismissed. He received form 221 for NBI written explanation (embassy said they will request this from nbi). What we sent were certifications from the regional clerk of court detailing the cases and their statuses (the letter was notarized). He was interviewed Sept 20, submitted docs monday after and fortunately his visa was just issued today.

The embassy send us a email requesting to attend an NBI interview and send court records via 2go yesterday.

Is the court record needed be notarized or certified true copy?

Did your dad sent his passport together with the court records?

Yes he did send together with the passport.

The thing is his medical will expire end of october, someone from the embassy called him last week and asked if he will be willing to travel before his medical expires, he said yes.

Hope this helps.
