Thanks @Hank_... Are we on the right track if they return all your civil documents? Just worried...

You sent originals?    Did you include copies?      Most times the embassy is good with reviewing the originals and keeping copies .. if there are no copies they keep the originals.    Some documents they clearly state they require originals.

From the pre review, the lady told us that she already checked our documents  versus uploaded  on ceac and everything is already OK except for the NBI remarks.  At the CO he check it again and return to us including the passport. And gave us 221g form=upload UK police certificate and principal applicant need nbi written explanation. Look

So you got your other originals returned to you ..excellent.     As for the police clearance and NBI documents .. follow the instructions in the 221g, upload to CEAC and if the embassy also asked you to send the originals to the embassy using 2GO then do that also, I believe it states to include the original 221g as well.    It would be a good idea to make copies of all of those before forwarding to the embassy.

You did not take the 221g to NBI for the Letter of Explanation?   Embassy stated they would contact NBI?

No.. Because the last windows advice us to wait for their call if I need nbi appearance and further email instructions.

OK.   So you are still waiting as to whether NBI wants to interview you or not.      Just have to be patient and keep checking your email (including your spam folder)

CEAC Status Check

It's our 2nd update now...

Case last update:Sept. 20, 2019

Still administrative processing

If you are seeing the date change that is a good sign that your case file is being reviewed.
