Hi, is there anyway that we can track if our case is sent from CSC to NVC? Or we just count about 20 days to call the NVC? Thank you so much and congrats to your case number!!

Hey!

There isn't way to track USCIS to NVC. All you can do it call them. I called them everyday since first week of NOA2 until today.

Hi everyone. Our case was sent by NVC to Manila on 3/10. No package sent to my fiance yet. I am getting jittery and wondering if there is a number to call or a way to check what's going on?

Haha thank you, you got approval 1 week before me, so I can count 2 weeks since I got my noa2. Do you think it will take 1 week or so from NVC to US consular in HCM?

Hey friend, I think you can send inquiry email to US consular in Manila to receive the instruction packet. Don't wait for them to send us :D. Hope to hear from you soon!!

Do not wait for the packet to be sent to your fiance, you won't need it for anything really. My fiancee received hers a couple of days after she got approved for an interview, It didn't say anything that she doesn't know. Once you get your case status is ready, it's time to schedule for an interview.

The nvs will send to petitioner a letter informing casenumber after they send your case to embassy! And wheb the embassy recieved your case they will sens you packet 3 including (i129f, k1instruction qnd letter with casenumber, you have to use that letter for interview and medical examination! But dont wait for then to send! Wait to 1 week before your schedule interview! If yiu still not get anythibg from them, sebd ibquiry to consular for that email!

The NVC don't send a letter anymore.  The first letter you will get after your NOA2 will be the beneficiary's letter from the embassy.

 

You can request a letter from the NVC by telephone but they will only send it if you ask for it.  You don't need it for anything. Once you have your case number (by phone), you can go ahead and complete the ds-160, the i-134 and book your medical (and interview after the case has been received by the embassy).  You should have your police record, vaccination record and any medical reports from your doctor before your medical and interview and these can take a while so best to get that organised first.

Just finished the scan, and as Geo noticed earlier, there are no updates to Friday :/ no idea what's happening there, but it's totally frustrating! I really want to see that they worked at least, even they still aren't touching our case.

But hey ... we still wont lose hope, right? Wish you all nice day and pray for a bunch of approvals the next few days!!!

@mapleleaf - so excited for you guys!  Now you can plan that summer wedding - and you'll probably have a POE date before ours.  I have just booked my ticket - I had enough airmiles to get a free flight! I will leave from Dublin on 2nd July - overnight in Toronto and land in Minneapolis on the 3rd July.  I have enough airmiles for a hotel at Toronto airport that night too

Here in viet nam they need the letter with casenumber from nvc or consular!

i have called nvc and they say that the letter have been sent already!

subkit ds160, pay fee, book interview schedule, no need that letter! But go to interview and mecidal examination they need it! Idk how process in other countries
