Fresh news from Interview- my visa was approved  it went very smooth, took 2 hours in the embassy. If anyone want I can describe step by step how it was. Im so happy and relieved  now time to go home!

I got an RFE for an online site- I replied with evidence....in box me and ill help you if you get a RFE

 

they are so inconsistent though with what they are doing :s

maybe your mailman is acting out again. have you tried calling nvc yet? maybe your case is already there?

That is strange! I would check with your local post office to see if there is something going on with the mail service. A week with no mail at all is very suspicious! Maybe your NOA2 is waiting for you along with all your other mail at the post office. ;)

Guys I was reading the Jan thread as I haven't been on for a while and someone actually called the NVC without waiting for the NOA2 (they had been waiting a while).

 

Not only were they told that they were approved, they also were given the NVC number AND told it had already gone to their fiancée's embassy.

 

worth a try for some of you that have been waiting a while? @TriloByte

I tried to quote it/copy and paste but couldn't !

yup...but unfortunately us RFE'ers have an extended waiting time too...not only do we open that long awaited envelope thinking its a NOA2 (or in my case find out at 3 am through the app and not be able to sleep and think up a million scenarios until we actually get that letter) - its  RFE.

Then we have to do it ALLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLL over again for only USCIS knows how long.

 

Trust me the grass is definitely NOT greener!

Thanks. Yeah, I tried, and the first thing the lady asked was if I have my approval notice. I said no. She said to call USCIS.
