I think this thing is a little wacky, my original estimated approval date was March 26th - Mar 28th. Now its at Feb 28th -March 16th. ? Which has already passed.

I'm not placing much reliance on this though.

I really hope it doesn't take that long. I saw another timeline that they sent their packet in February also and their estimated approval date is April. Of course they were sent to Texas but I hope Nebraska gets moving on these applications.

How did you know your estimated approval date? Can you give me a link please

Go under Processing Times and there's a link that says "view my timeline." Input your send date and NOA1 if you haven't yet, and you'll get an estimate if there's enough recent data. Mine actually disappeared today since no one has provided update TSC data in about 2 weeks ?

I just received a text msg that they are mailing us a RFE. Hope its nothing major.

The RFE was for proof of name change, (my wife changed her name when we got married). I did not read anything about that in the instructions when I was putting together the application. Anyway, I will mail a copy of our marriage certificate to them this weekend.

No, we did not.  My wife is petitioning to bring her father here. In the instructions it said to provide her parent's marriage certificate, her birth certificate and her certificate of naturalization. It did not say anything about OUR marriage certificate.

Just click on your timeline and scroll all the way down to the bottom and if there's enough information collected it will give you an estimated date of when you should be approved.

Hey all, I am seeing that For Texas Service Center, one of the case was approved with first week of December. Hope they now started to work on December and will move ahead soon.

I have seen in some other forums like January and December, they are talking about scanning multiple cases using some type of application to see the status.

If anyone here knows, can you please update us frequently  to know for Texas service center and remaining all service center that where they are upto ?

Thanks in advance,

Jagrut
