Hello Everyone.

I'm just wondering if you guys can share any feedback, tips, info., etc. regarding same sex greencard application in Los Angeles. Are they being treated like a "straight" application?  My brother who just got married to his foreigner husband (with artist visa and currently here in the US) is prepping to submit their application but is kind of worried about this whole Trump issue.. Any information you guys can share will be appreciated.

Thanks!

its legal. and in LA. you will be fine! there was a couple at my interview that was same sex (brazil) and had no problems.. u r treated the same as a hetero couple.. they look for flags, ect. if it wasnt the norm of the country he is from that may raise a flag... but he is treated the same as a hetero couple and trust me, there are LOTS of gay/lesbians in LA!!!
