Hello,

 

My husband and I submitted the ROC packet for him and my step-baby on February 27th, it was received at the VSC on the 28th. How long does it take to get the NOA1?

I have news I want to share with you guys first. Today I went to my mail box about five minutes ago and there was an approval letter dated 20 Feb from the Vermont center/centre.

We mailed my husband's I-751 package to the CSC on February 12th. It arrived the 16th and they cashed the check on the 17th. We got his I-751 Receipt Notice dated 2/16/2017. Is that his NOA1? We just received his Biometrics letter dated 2/25/17, with his appointment for 3/16/2017.  It took almost a year to get his original AOS green card thanks to the waived interview, so fingers crossed we get this one sooner!

Well I posted mine on the 25th it arrived on the 27th, just got word from my husband now, that they have cashed the check/cheque. So hopefully the Noa1 is on its way, might even be here today. I will find out later.

We received the biometrics letter a few days ago. The notice was dated Feb. 24, postmarked the 28th, and the date of biometrics is March 13. Does anyone know if we can do early same-day walk-in instead of the time written on the notice?

Looking at Feb filers from last year and the chart they have, some of them did.

Hello guys! Another February 2017 filer here :) I sent my I-751 package to CSC on February 27th and it arrived on March 1st, they cashed the check on the 3rd. My NOA1 is dated 03/01/17 and says my conditional residence status is extended for a period of one year. Now waiting for my biometrics appointment...

01.17.2020: NOA Biometrics scheduled for February 05, 2020

02.05.2020: Biometrics done

03.02.2020: Interview was scheduled for April 20, 2020

03.31.2020: Interview de-scheduled due to Covid-19

09.02.2020: New interview date scheduled for September 21, 2020 Tampa

09.21.2020: Interview done - passed

09.24.2020: Oath Ceremony scheduled for October 13, 2020 Tampa

Hey all

 

just did my biometrics this morning. It took about an hour but FYI....for anyone doing their biometrics at the ASC office in Santa Ana, CA, they charge for parking. Cash only $1.50 for every 20 mins.
