Some petitions simply take longer than others.  Plus, Dec-Jan is a slow period at USCIS.

All depends on how many petitions they received same time, how backed up they might be, how many other cases the person who received yours has to go through... several variables but you're still well within normal processing time.

08/15/2014 : Met Online

06/30/2016 : I-129F Packet Sent

11/08/2016 : Interview - APPROVED!

11/23/2016 : POE - Dallas, Texas

From sending of I-129F petiton to POE - 146 days.

02/03/2017 - Married

02/24/2017 - AOS packet sent

06/01/2017 - EAD/AP Combo Card Received in mail

Hello.

I received my NO1 on November 17th as well and haven't heard anything from them since. I called today and they told me so far they are processing August 16 applications. The person who i spoke to wouldn't answer my other questions and just told me that when decision is made they will notify me

Hey, if it also makes you feel better, that is normal for most petitions, regardless of the time of the year :) I remember seeing users who had submitted the I-129F after or around the time I did, but received NOA 2 well before me. It's frustrating as it causes you to worry, but you're still within processing times. I saw this 'backlog' begin in the October filer thread, so I'm sure there are still plenty of others waiting. The holidays really don't help either. Best of luck to you and everyone waiting on that NOA 2!! Hopefully these replies help ease any worries :)
