I stayed off of it all day today, didnt even have  the urge i was exhausted. But i had checked the VJ excel tracker sheet and saw that one person with a second scandate prior to mine had received CC yesterday. So i thought to myself mine can't be too far and if i had a RFE i would received the email already. I called late tuesday and the lady that answered typed more then they usually do and was like i can see that a number of your documents have been put under review...and my mind went ...uhmmmkeeee...I work with computers all day i know by now what it sounds like to have to enter more then one screen lol..!

I'm not going to sweat too much over it... I'll let the weekend go by and will check closely early next week.

The thing that ticked me the most is the tone in the voice off the guy I talked to a couple days ago, all of a sudden, he seemed enthusiastic (and dare I say supportive?), I think he was on our team, hehe ;-)

Hi everyone

Haven't posted in here for a while. Glad to see some CC's - Happy for you all!

Our case took ages at USCIS. NAO2: 5th Sep but they didn't send it till 29th Sep. @Yeonin your case was completed in ~6.5 weeks. The NVC 11 weeks chorus is not really always the case. Good stuff and all the best at the interview.

yes 😊, it's save response for them, you can only hope they don't rid any of your documents. I'll wait on my interview in relaxed mode for now 😊 thank you!

Hey guys! Quick question. Does the employment status of the beneficiary matter during the interview or have an effect approval? Such as job change or lack of employment?

I don't think so, but wanted to get your thoughts.
