Affidavit of Support for AOS

Hi everyone. Getting our stuff together for our AOS packet and have a question about the affidavit of support.

Is this the same form we filled out for the k1 in the first place, and can we use that old info?

My mom co-sponsored with me, so we have the old employer letters and bank statements from September/October, are these too old?

Also, since she is co-sponsoring, do we still check the box "I am the petitioner filing for a relative" or "I am the only joint sponsor"? Confusing!

And what else do we need for it, besides 3 years of tax returns? I don't see anything on the instruction sheet.

Thanks.

If using a co-sponsor there needs to be one i-864 for you (main sponsor) and one for the co-sponsor...

On your form you will tick  you are the petitioner... on your moms form she will tick she is the only joint sponsor (if she is)

Documents are advised normally to be as recent as possible...  showing current ongiong income.

You might want to renew some documents like pay stubs/bank statements to show a stable income and a new letter of employment. You can never be too sure with the USCIS.

Agree. From i-864 instructions:

"A copy of your individual Federal income tax return, including W-2s for the most recent tax year, or a statement
and/or evidence describing why you were not required to file. Also include a copy of each and every Form 1099,
Schedule, and any other evidence of reported income. You may submit this information for the most recent three tax
years
, pay stubs from the most recent six months, and/or a letter from your employer if you believe any of these items
will help you qualify."

I believe you may need to get an updated/most recent paystubs.
