I went to info pass appointment today. When I called uscis prior to scheduling, they told me to bring 3 passport style photos since my passport expired. At my appointment today, the officer didnt look at any of the documents that I brought with me, he just asked for my passport, even tho it is expired, and stamped it for another 1 year extension. So that was kinda weird. Also, he told me another 6-7 months to get the 10yr green card. I asked if n400 can be approved before i751 is approved and he couldnt give me straight answer, something like 'it is a debate', not sure what he meant by that.

Where did you filed your I-751? Yes, when I get my Passport Stamp the officer told me to wait 3-4 months more.

How in the world do I book an infopass appointment? I have been trying for 3 Days straight now. I just logged in at 12:30am and still nothing.

Can anyone help with this, cause I can’t. 😩

I had the same problem, and it worked for me to check around 7:00 to 7:30 am. I noticed they would post less info pass appointments at midnight and it was almost impossible to fill your information and claim the spot.

instead I tried refreshing the page around 7:00 am and by 7:05 am there were many spots for appointments.

good luck and don’t give up!

I think the photos are if your passport is expired.  I did not need photos.

Confused by "as of November 30th" because based on VJ timelines they started September just about now ( beggining of February, pretty much when update was posted).

The immigrant spouse will fill out the online form AR-11 within 30 days of a change of address.  If your U.S citizen spouse was your sponsor he/she will mail form I-865 within in 10 days of the address change. See the links:

https://www.uscis.gov/ar-11

https://www.uscis.gov/i-865

Thank you!

I did change my spouses (Applicant) using the online change of address. When completed, I received a filled form of AR-11, which I don't think I also need to submit.

For me, can I also change the address using the online change of address? Not sure if this is the same system I can use for I-865.

Thank you

nothing from CSC yet. I think a few approvals at VSC. If your end goal is to become a citizen and you're in a position to apply, you might as well get it over with. I personally can't afford the fee right now, but I'm honestly fine with taking my time and enjoy a break from USCIS for a while.

I totally agree on waiting a bit! And not to be too political, but we may wait until there's a different welcome video from the White House that's shown at the ceremony! :-)

Didn't you already send in your N-400 back in November 2017? I think that was your plan at the time.

Hey everyone!

Thanks to everyone that gave me tips on getting  an Infopass Appt scheduled! Helped a lot! I had my appt this morning took way longer than expected I don’t think the officer knew what she was doing.

But anyway I got my stamp and I kept my letter and greencard. I asked her if she knew of a timeframe and her response was “they will let you know when you need to come in for an interview”.

My thing is how does she know that I will even need an interview? Is this something that they are requiring now for all I-751?

What are your thoughts guys?

Hi! I had my Infopass on Friday. I too received both my GC and NOA back, which I know you don't need, but are helpful in convincing foreign airport employees unfamiliar with US immigration that you are allowed onto the plane :)

The officer I spoke with confirmed that the CSC is still on September of 2016, and that the average wait time is 18 months. He did not mention anything about an interview, and just (jokingly) implied he'd see me in a year if I'm still waiting.

I'm not sure I believe the September date, only because they would be using the same data that is on their website ("official" data).  Not holding my breath for sooner, but hoping for 15 months instead of 18.  I'm not sure why they haven't yet done some file transfers to Vermont
